Sellers had access to performance data but struggled to turn it into action. I designed a feature that identifies underperforming products, explains what's wrong, and recommends what to fix first.

Accessibility wasn't built into F6S from the start. I led the effort to improve it across the platform, working with engineers to fix recurring issues at the component level and make accessibility part of our design process.

I helped translate KOALA's business pivot into an MVP for restaurants, defining essential ordering workflows and deciding which existing components we could reuse to meet a tight launch timeline.

About me
I'm a product designer with a background in architecture, which probably explains why I like figuring out how things work and how they could work better.
I enjoy working through messy problems, asking questions, and finding practical solutions with the people I work with. Having worked across both design and product management, I've learned to think beyond the interface and consider what makes sense for users, the business, and the team building it.
Outside of designing, I read, travel, cuddle my cat, and trying out new eateries.
