The all-new
KOALA Menu

I was the lead designer for KOALA Menu, a new online food ordering experience and transaction management solution. I led decisions around which key flows should be optimized and what core actions should be encouraged.

KOALA+

KOALA+ is a desktop platform that utilized WhatsApp Business API to help medium-big businesses manage transactions and serve customers with advanced chatbot and CS system. This is a collaborative effort of me and another designer.​

Concept Design for Museum Tour Guide

This is a concept design for 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art in Kanazawa, Japan. A personal tour guide in your hand, this app will enhance visitor's experience.

As an architectural designer turned Product Designer, I used my prior knowledge and skills to build great products. Having experience in spatial design, strategy, and innovation, I believe that participatory processes and inter-disciplinary collaborations is a recipe for great success.

 

Currently working as a Product Designer in Bukalapak, one of Indonesia’s leading e-commerce, I am the designer in charge in one of its newest venture, KOALA, an omnichannel e-commerce SaaS.
